Located in Montreal, Quebec, The Spanish & Portuguese Synagogue is a Canada’s first synagogue, serving the community since 1768. This is the first Jewish Congregation and is currently celebrating its 250th anniversary! Want to get married in a historic location that is rich in tradition? Facilities and Capacity
There are a wide variety of different facilities and spaces for you and your guests to enjoy. Their rental halls and capacities include:
- Lawee Hall – Up to 380 seated guests
- Aintabi Hall – Up to 180 seated guests with a dance floor (220 without)
- Battat Hall – Up to 70 guests with a buffet (90 guests without)
- Chevra Chass – Up to 120 seated guests with a dance floor (150 without)
